Milk For Diabetics

Milk in any form should be consumed for healing and for leading a healthy life.Of course breast milk is best as it is exclusive milk but meant only for infants.
Milk contains the proteins, fat, sugar, minerals and importantly the immune factor.Unfortunately,
breast milk is not available for adults and they have to obtain milk from cows, goats, camels, horses
and yaks. The alternative is to try and secure from a native in the jungle but this could expose you to the danger of being prepared as part of the menu of roasted human delicacie during a native festival.
Ghengiz Khan the famous Mongol warrior fed his men only on raw milk and yoghurt yet they were able to conquer the world demonstrating their explicit strength to fight and win wars.
Milk whether raw or cultured is a powerful heal-ing food as the minerals and proteins the human body needs are there.
For diabetics it makes sense to consume milk as a means to provide the body with the immunisation
factor to fight against any other infection weakened by the disease.
