Diabetics and Refined Sugar

For diabetics who suffer from type2 , a medical
practitioner’s simple advice will be to reduce the consumption of sugar as its intake will worsen the disease since the pancreas is not functioning effectively to the extent that it is unable to produce sufficient insulin needed to break the sugar in the blood.
While we are unable to function properly without
sugar ,a controlled intake would be the best method of controlling the disease.Presently, there is no cure for diabetes and the only means is controlling the sugar levels.
. It is therefore imperative that sufferers choose the food that they take to ensure the sugar level is maintained at an ideal position.
Even when taking sugar, the best sugar is raw sugar like those contained in sugar-cane juice. They should refrain from consuming refined sugar and sweeteners as they contain ingredients basically chemicals such as aulphur dioxide, phosphoric acid and formic acid.
These chemicals are toxic and overtime
can cause other illnesses such as cancer.
For diabetics type2 therefore by consuming only raw sugar and avoiding refined sugar is the best way to reduce sugar levels.
